Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently only ship to all U.S. locations
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Dscrafty1creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
• If your package arrives damaged, please email us at dscrafty1creations@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 2 days of delivery.

International Shipping (if applicable):

• We currently do not ship internationally.
